We are two young artists/working professionals- one male, one female- looking for two sublets for our beautiful 3- bedroom historic Sugar Hill apartment. We prefer people who are artists and respect our quieter space. One room is mine, the other a spare.

The building is pre war with an elevator and pretty courtyard. Our apartment is located on the sixth floor and gets plenty of natural light! There is one bathroom and a spacious living room/kitchen (includes dishwasher). Laundry is conveniently located on the ground floor, with two laundromats (one 24/7) directly across the street. We are within walking distance to several cafes, restaurants, gyms, grocery stores and parks. Riverside is also close if you enjoy a run or walk along the Hudson. Trains are easily accessible- about 5 minute walk to the A/C D/B lines with a 10 minute walk to the 1 train. Downtown takes about 20 minutes via express trains.

ROOM #1 (unicorn tapestry): $1200/mo + utilities. Move in July 1- September 1 (flexible move in and move out dates for those months). Room comes furnished with a full sized bed, bed stand, bookshelf, writing desk and chair, 2 mirrors, under bed storage containers, A/C unit and spacious closet. This room sits above the street and has two windows- one with A/C unit and one (with a screen) you are welcome to open. Women especially encouraged to apply!

ROOM #2: $1100/mo + utilities. Move in August 1- October 31. Room comes furnished with a full sized bed, bed stand, bookshelf, storage stand, A/C unit and spacious closet. This room sits above the quiet courtyard.

Please state which room- #1 or #2- you are interested in. Keep in mind you MUST be available for the duration of the time frame it is available.

**While we love animals, one of us is allergic, so- with deep regret- we cannot have pets. Please no couples.
