I'm looking for a trustworthy sublet for my place starting this Saturday, June 28th to late on Saturday, July 5th.
The place is a humble little studio apartment with plants, complete with a projector/Apple TV and a balcony with a sunset view. It's a super walkable area to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars, with a little park nearby.
Looking for a trustworthy person. :)
No pets & No couples please!
Ample street parking.
Laundry takes quarters.
It's $1,150 total. All utilities included.
