Located in one of the coolest Brooklyn neighborhood (East Williamsburg, on Lorimer/Maujer) our space strikes the perfect balance between style and comfort, with a curated mix of contemporary and mid-century furniture, creating a unique and vibrant atmosphere.

Inside, our place is outfitted with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay and includes a big living room with a dining area, spacious kitchen with cute breakfast nook, bedroom (with a queen-size bed), and 1,5 bathrooms (2 toilets, 1 shower). Our bedroom is very tranquil and private with direct access to the balcony space. Our home is clean, smoke-free, and has tons of light and plants.

Step outside and enjoy summer days with a private fully equipped (dining table, brand new outdoor sectional, BBQ and sunshade) top floor terrace. Note that between May and October, the outside is greener than pictures (taken in March).

Located on a quiet one-way street (for New York City!), this top floor apartment offers a unique Brooklyn experience. The neighborhood is filled with vibrant restaurants bars and coffee shops for which we are happy to share our local recommendations. Williamsburg is one of the city’s hip neighborhoods and it is just 2 subway stops from Manhattan. You’ll have easy access to Manhattan while enjoying the calm and cool vibe of Brooklyn.

• We prefer guest(s) who are looking for longer stay and we can offer discounts on a monthly basis.
• Our personal objects and clothes will be stored away. But Books , games and cute deco will be available for you to enjoy.
• This is a 4-floor walk-up, no elevator. So unfortunately not suitable for disabled people.
• Early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability)
