The apartment is on the top floor of an 3 story brownstone located on beautiful Kent Steet, steps away from Franklin Avenue and Manhattan Avenue, Session gym, Rythm Zero coffee, and so much more! Enjoy Northern and Southern exposure, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central air in the most lovely neighborhood.

The apartment is fully furnished with a large living room/dining room area, a fully updated kitchen, a large quiet primary bedroom facing the backyard, and work area set up with a monitor and laptop stand.
