Hi, I'm subletting my 1BR (50 m2) apartment in the Upper Marais, 2 minutes from the Marché des Enfants Rouges, République, the Square du Temple, etc. Closest métro is Filles du Calvaire (ligne 8). 10 minutes to Bastille, five minutes more to the Seine.

No elevator - 5th floor (6th floor American). It's a very quiet building, absolutely no smoking or pets.

Western and eastern exposure, beautiful space with wood beams, top-notch appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, no dryer but there is a heated drying rack in the bathroom). Wifi + cable TV included.

This is a family owned building and my landlord lives downstairs - he won't tolerate late-night noise - if that's what you're looking for no prob but this isn't the right space.

This is my home so really looking for someone who wants somewhere cozy to return home to.

Available for dates from June 1 through late June and then again in July/August. If you would be interested in less than a month just let me know your ideal dates! Happy to consider stays from 2 weeks through the whole period.
