I am an artist and have a studio nearby. I love plants and books and am a cook so the apartment reflects this. I lived in Spain for many years the apartment is maybe not very English. I am going to Mexico to help my daughter with a young child and do my work for 9 months. I love my apartment and it is very carefully done and fun to live in so I would love a careful person or people who can come for the whole time. The building doesn’t permit short stays so this is a condition, it’s also a quiet family oriented building so not for big party people. It’s a lovely place to live.
