I am looking for a person/couple or a couple of friends to sublet my beautiful Bedstuy appartment from 01 July - 31 August (although there can be some flexibilty over dates if needed!)

For context, I am a Lecturer at Columbia travelling for research this summer and I am looking for someone to take care of the space while I am away.

The apartment is two floors, with a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor and an open plan kitchen/living room/office area. We also have access to a roof deck, which is wonderful in the summer! Each room also comes with a built in AC unit, so can be kept very cool during the summer. I have set up the dining room as an office space [see photos] so it is also great for anyone working from home.

The apartment will come fully furnished, but with plenty of storage if you need it.

It is located in the heart of BedStuy, right next to classic neighbourhood favorites Saranghina and Lunatico. Other BK neighbourhoods such as Crown Heights, Bushwick, Park Slope etc are all just a 15 minute cycle away. A/C trains are nearby. Washing machine and dryer are in the building,

I have had this apartment for several years and really love it! I am happy for whoever subleases the space to enjoy it, as long as they clean it, take care of it, and leave it as they found it etc.

I am the sole lease holder so you will be subletting from me.
