The apartment is fully furnished, comes with super fast wifi and is in a prime location close to tons of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping and close to 456JZNQRWFBD trains. It's quiet and bright on the 4th floor of a very well kept walk-up building only steps from the East River, ferry, City Hall and Brooklyn Bridge.
Utilities are included.
Unfortunately no pets.
