Stay in the best neighborhood in Brooklyn just steps away from great restaurants, coffee shops, transit and and Fort Greene Park. My studio apartment is available for the months of June & July at a weekly rate with two week minimum stay. Priority will be given to longer stays of 30-60 days.

Well and carefully furnished space with lots of natural light and breezy windows. It has all the necessities. I keep the place very tidy and kindly ask that you will too. It's a studio but the kitchen is its own room separated from the main living space which makes the space feel more open. The bathroom has a shower only–no tub. The apartment is in a brownstone building with close-knit neighbors who are respectful and ask that you be the same. It's a quiet building and special place best suited for someone looking for a calm retreat. It's a walk-up and the apartment is on the 4th floor of a 5 story building. My apartment faces the backyard so it's extra peaceful with birds singing in the morning, great views of lush greenery and gorgeous neighboring buildings out the windows.

As this is a studio apartment I am requesting a single person stay only. No couples, pets, parties or unannounced guests.

Super walkable neighborhood with several spots for groceries and eats just steps away. I hardly leave the area for anything, but if you need to, the G train is at the end of the block, and C train is a 10 minute walk.

Typical of brownstone buildings there is no laundry in the apartment or on-site. There is a great drop-off place just around the corner I have used for years, as well as other self-service options in the neighborhood. There's a good breeze from the windows but there is also an A/C unit and tower fan incase the temperatures spike.
