We are subletting our two floor, three bedroom, 1.5 bath brownstone from August 20 -June 10th 2026 (the dates are flexible).

The apartment is located in Bed-Stuy/Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn and all amenities are at your fingertips. There are great restaurants, parks, grocery stores and the trains and buses are just blocks away. The closest subway is the G train (3 blocks away) at Bedford Nostrand, the C train at Franklin ave and the A train at Nostrand Ave.

On the first floor, the house has an open plan living room/tv room and kitchen. The kitchen leads out to the yard and a beautiful breezy deck where you can dine alfresco in the summer.

On the second floor are three bedrooms. A primary bedroom (king bed) overlooking the yard, a kids bedroom (single bed) and a guest room (queen bed). There is a full size bath on the second floor along with a washer and dryer unit.
There is a 1/2 bath on the first floor.

Our house comes furnished and is our family home. It is a special place, we keep it clean and respectful and request the same from our renters. This would be an ideal rental for family looking to spend a year in NYC.
Utilities are included in the rental price along with Wi-Fi. Cleaning available upon request.
