I travel a lot for work, so I decided to offer my beautiful apartment for short term rentals. I have put a lot of time and love into this space.
The apartment is a spacious, fully furnished 1 bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom, kitchen, living room.
The location is hard to beat, in the heart of the infamous Condesa neighborhood, with views on the most hip street in Mexico City, Amsterdam. Perfect for first-time visitors as much as for regular visitors!

My name is Ben, I'm a 38 yo frenchman living between California and Mexico City. I moved to Mexico three years ago and Mexico City a year ago after some time bouncing around this country I fell in love with (along with my girlfriend who was born and raised in la Condesa neighborhood).

I will put together an easy sublease agreement with simple rental terms laid out. A rental deposit will be preferred. Very happy to do a video chat before to iron out details!
Priority will be given to those who can stay the full duration of the available time.
A 35 USD cleaning fee will be charged for stays of 7 days or less.
