Sublet our first floor 2.5 bedroom apartment in Ridgewood, Queens! One of two apartments in the building. Friendly, quiet neighborhood featuring easy access to L and M trains at the Myrtle-Wyckoff stop, as well as multiple bus routes. You’ll be within walking distance of cute bars and restaurants including Rolo’s, and close to grocery, laundry and beer bodegas! Grover Cleveland park and the Ridgewood reservoir are within comfortable but longer walking distance.
Apartment features a small outdoor set, TV, and well stocked kitchen! You’ll also have a bike, beach accessories, and a small home gym.
Two queen sized rooms and one half sized bedroom that has a fold-down futon couch. We also have an air mattress if you plan to host guests!
Cat will not be staying with the apartment, and while the apartment will be cleaned and linens washed before your arrival, some allergens may linger! Please be cautious if you are sensitive to cat dander.

We are two hospitality professionals leaving New York to work the natural wine harvest in Gols, Austria for the season. We know our neighbors and our landlord as this is his only building and it is only two units.
