Citibike stations are also located all-around. Bed-Stuy itself is well-situated to reach other Brooklyn neighborhoods, whether Bushwick, Williamsburg, Clinton Hill or Fort Greene.

We're the owners of the building, living downstairs in the floor-through apartment below the duplex. We bought our brownstone a little over a decade ago and have been painstakingly restoring it – hard work, but worth it! We love the current vibe in Bed-Stuy, mixing a long-standing community feel with a growing number of creatives.

We're leasing the space ourselves, so no brokers fees.
