A short, pleasant walk on Stuyvesant Avenue to the A/C trains at the Utica Av (15 mins by subway to downtown Manhattan), or to the J/M trains at Myrtle/Broadway Av. Citibike stations are also located all-around. Bed-Stuy itself is well-situated to reach other Brooklyn neighborhoods, whether Bushwick, Williamsburg, Clinton Hill or Fort Greene.

We're the owners of the building, living downstairs in the floor-through apartment below the duplex. We bought our brownstone a little over a decade ago and have been painstakingly restoring it – hard work, but worth it! We love the current vibe in Bed-Stuy, mixing a long-standing community feel with a growing number of creatives.
