This room is on the 3rd floor; currently there are two female roommates living in the apartment and we are currently looking for a third roommate. Three roommates altogether will be living on the 3rd floor.

Term of the sub-lease is 1 year.

About This Lister

We are looking for someone who is clean, mature, organized and proactive in taking care of their living space, and understands and appreciates that living with two other women means sharing common spaces (e.g. kitchen, bathroom and long hallway). We are looking for someone who is respectful and considerate to each other, has good communication skills and desires to live in a beautiful shared space.

Note: As a courtesy to everyone living on the floor we do not wear outside shoes inside the apartment.

Another roommate is in her early 40’s and lived mostly in NYC for over 15 years. Works part time as a translator for deaf students and part time in art education and music, working from home and onsite part of the week at school. In her spare time she enjoys spending time at the park and riding her bicycle. She is a non smoker and enjoys smoke free environments. spending time out with friends. As a roommate she is quiet and private yet friendly with her fellow flatmates.
