We're heading to New York and renting out our bright, character-filled 1.5 BR / 1 BA apartment in the heart of Echo Park. It’s available for the week of June 16–23.

Located above Mohawk Bend and just steps from the best bars, cafes, and restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as the famously beautiful Echo Park Lake. Our place is also just a 5-minute drive to Silver Lake and Los Feliz.

This upstairs unit is part of a 1913 craftsman-style fourplex with dark mahogany floors and trim, built-in cabinetry, and large windows that fill the space with natural light.

- Main bedroom: Queen-size bed

- Half bedroom: Twin bed

- Bathroom: Classic clawfoot tub/shower combo

- Kitchen: Cute and sunny with white tile, vintage O'Keefe & Merritt gas stove, and a view of downtown LA

Amenities include air conditioning, washer & dryer, fast WiFi, and access to all major streaming platforms (Netflix, HBO, Apple TV, Amazon, etc.). Please note: the apartment is upstairs, accessible via one flight of stairs.

Rent is $1,950 + $50 cleaning fee.

We’re looking for a responsible guest who will treat our home with care and be respectful to our friendly neighbors. Full-week rental preferred.

About This Lister

We’re a married couple with a 4-month-old baby. Maciel is a nutritionist, Joe is a documentary producer, and together we own/run a restaurant in Highland Park.

As we’ll be traveling more in the coming months, we plan to open up our apartment whenever we’re away — and we’re always happy to host respectful, responsible guests.
