While this is initially a 3-month sublet, there is flexibility to extend the arrangement till May 2026 if we both enjoy the living situation.

You'll be sharing the apartment with my lovely roommate, a freelance photographer who is friendly, respectful, and keeps a calm, creative vibe in the space. The common areas are clean and airy, and the location couldn’t be better: walking distance to Tompkins Square Park, cozy cafes, vintage shops, and some of the best restaurants downtown.

Ideal for someone who appreciates a peaceful, artsy home base while enjoying everything the East Village has to offer.

Hi! I’m Grace (she/her). I’m a designer and model currently traveling for work, and I’m subletting my room while I’m away. I’m tidy, respectful, and love creating calm, aesthetically intentional spaces. When I’m home, I love cooking simple meals, listening to music, and having slow mornings with coffee.

You’ll be living with my roommate, Anafer, who is a freelance photographer and one of my close friends. She’s kind, communicative, super easygoing, and keeps the apartment very cozy.
