We have a beautiful 1 bedroom fully furnished garden level apartment for rent in July & August. (We are open to also renting for second half of June, if needed). Two blocks from the Lorimer L stop, and a couple blocks further to the Metropolitan G or the J/M/Z. You're in Manhattan in 10 minutes. About ~10 minute walk to Bedford Ave, the heart of Williamsburg.

The apartment is in our newly-renovated townhouse on a beautiful tree-lined block of Williamsburg close to local parks (McCarren Park and pool), amazing restaurants (Bonnie's! Lilia!) and a number of artisanal coffee shops.

Bedroom has a queen sized bed and kitchen is fully stocked. The apartment would be ideal for a single person or couple in town for a couple of months. The dates could be flexible depending on your schedule but we're looking to rent it for July/August in full.

No parties nor smoking in the apartment. This apartment is in our newly-renovated home and we expect respectful and courteous neighbors, as we are to our tenants.

A little about ourselves: we are an artist (painter) and previous humanitarian (global health) worker who have lived in Williamsburg for over a decade. We have two children and a dog (we reside on the top two floors of the house). We love our neighborhood which has all the features of Williamsburg but none of the mania as we live on a quieter block.

The neighborhood is friendly and we know most of our neighbors. The renter would be dealing directly with us - we live on site in the house.
