Situated on a beautiful block full of trees and flowers, the apartment is a sunny triple decker with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus an unfinished basement with laundry and a dreamy private backyard. The room for sublet is on the top floor, next to the guest room -- typically you can have the top floor all to yourself. Both bathrooms are on the second floor. My roomies share the one connected to their room so you basically have your own bathroom. We use the last bedroom as an office with a pull out couch for guests. As both my roommates go to the office every day, you can basically have the office to yourself.

Dates can be a bit flexible. Also available for the second half of June.

I'm an urban planner who works remotely and will be spending the summer abroad.

This apartment is shared with a fun married couple who are also my good friends - one is an artist and the other a city planner. We’re all in our late 20s. My cat will also be here over the summer while I’m away. He’s an incredibly friendly guy, and the most precious baby ever.

The apartment is super communal and friendly and a great time all around.
