I work in sustainability, and am about to do a 10-month fellowship. I love this space, because it feels like a (palm) tree house at the beach. And although L.A. gets the reputation of being fast-paced and anonymous, this neighborhood has a wonderful, beachy vibe where the local barista really does know your name and where people are often outdoors. I'm looking for an individual or couple to sublet this quiet, beautiful place walking and biking distance from some of the nicest parts on the westside.
