Looking for 3-6 months occupancy but willing to adjust.

Located on Gardner Street, right off of Beverly Blvd. Quiet Residential Street among many art deco buildings from the 1930's. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, grocery stores, and the Grove! I walk to work!!

The building is maintained and the apartment is beautifully updated and cleaned regularly.

I am a chef, so Im not around much. I do not like messes or clutter in the house. No parties are allowed, as I am in recovery, but drinking is okay. So overall, I would like to share the apartment with someone like-minded as me. Enjoys a clean cozy apartment, is passionate about life, takes accountability, and respects the apartment.
