Apartments for Sublet
Hi,
I have a cozy sunny modern studio apartment in Bedstuy for a short stays for the following timeframes:
1. June 27-June 28
2. June 29-July 5th.
3. July 15th-August 6th
The apartment is conveniently located near multiple subways (1 block and short walk) with a 15 to 20 minutes ride to Manhattan.
Citi Bike docks are less than 2 blocks away and street parking is available if you have a car.
Coffee shops, restaurants (with walk-up drinks and indoor/outdoor seating), and grocery stores are within a 5 to 10-minute walk away.
Amenities: There are washers and dryers in the building, a gym, elevator, virtual doorman, and bike room. There is also a two story rooftop.
There are cleaners and a seamstress next door and wash and fold/pick drop off laundromats within 2 blocks of the apartment.
This apartment is great for professionals and college students. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and preferably no one with pets. A small pet can be considered.
Cost:
FYI Includes prorated rent per day with utilities included and refundable deposit costs.
1. June 27-June 28, $228 (plus $200 refundable deposit).
Total: $448
2. June 29th- July 5th, $665 (plus $200 refundable deposit). Total: $865
3. July 15th-August 6th, $ $2,185 (plus $200 refundable deposit). Total: $2385
Costs can be prorated give or take a few days but I am most looking for someone who can lodge for most of the days :-).
Payment:
For this short-term sublet payment will need to be upfront along with a refundable $200 deposit.
Additional items needed to sublet the apartment: Copy of ID, signed sub rental agreement and references. I am happy to connect via Zoom ( or any other video chat) to ensure a good fit.

For this short-term sublet payment will need to be upfront along with a refundable $200 deposit.
Additional items needed to sublet the apartment: Copy of ID, signed sublet agreement and references. We will also meet on Zoom to ensure you're a good fit.
For longer sublets:
Payment: A security deposit will be required, along with 1st sublet month's rent. The deposit is absolutely refundable, granted there are no damages to the apartment. Rent will be due upon the 1st of every month. A copy of monthly utility charges will be provided each month and must be paid in full.
Items needed to sublet the apartment: Copy of ID, signed sublet agreement, references, and proof of income/or paystubs.
