We are subletting our quiet and peaceful home in the heart of a Santa Monica. It's on the first floor and has no stairs. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It's sunny and comfortable and includes: washer and dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, patio with a grill and umbrella, utilities and wifi (including netflix, HBOMax, Disney+). It's a a short walk to amazing restaurants, errands, grocery stores. It's clean, comfortable and furnished.
The neighborhood is walkable, clean and close to a bike path.
We are on a tree lined street and it's quiet at night.
We are located near Arizona and Berkeley Street in Santa Monica. It's a short walk to Westwood, Brentwood and a short bike ride or drive to the beach.
About This Lister
We are a family and one of us works in film/tv and other in leadership development. We live here all year and travel to see family in the summer.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
We own the place and rent it out in the summer.
Rental requirements
We would like to start with a phone call and if we both want to move forward, will request a few references. We will request a 1/2 months rent in security and a sub lease agreement that we will review together before hand.
