This beautiful private ground floor storefront studio is a flexible space that could be used as an artist studio, a dance/rehearsal studio, a photography/film studio, a writer's studio, an office, an incubation space, and a performance space or a gallery space (the last two we can discuss further).

The space includes storefront windows, skylight, a dance floor, high ceilings, a kitchenette, slop sink, Wifi, and private bathroom– it's clean and approximately 750 sq ft.

We're subletting it for the month of June 2025 for $1650. If you need to move in in late May or extend into the first wk of July, there's possibility of flex. If you want to rent it for a shorter time, let us know!

It's easily accessible and very close to the bus, Metro, and major highways on the east side of LA. Easy street parking. Close to cute coffee shops, restaurants, and stores too.
