This is a beautiful light filled apartment in Kensington Brooklyn, near the G & F Church Ave Subway.

The apartment comes with one spacious bedroom, one spacious living room/studio, dining area, kitchen and bathroom.
X2 AC Units, Projector for movies and a studio workspace. The apartment is garden facing so its very peaceful with two large windows in both the living room and bedroom for a lot of natural light throughout the day. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

I am looking for someone who can water my plants once a week and look after my peaceful haven whilst i'm gone. I would love to find someone who is clean, quiet, respectful of my neighbors and someone looking to work on their practice from home, cook, relax and enjoy the serenity of the space. This isn't a party space, its a community run building and would like to find someone who fits into that.

I am an artist and a filmmaker, i do a lot of my work from my editing studio setup at home, along with my other practices. You are more than welcome to setup and use the desk space whilst you're here.

The area is tree lined and very close to a lot of parks. It's an area with a lot of families living around us. There are many grocery stores and cafes on the Church Ave high street and Fort Hamilton Parkway as you walk towards Prospect Park. Laundry is 2 minutes around the corner from the apartment.

We are very close to a number of other areas and attractions:

20 minute walk from Prospect Park
5 Minute walk from Greenwood Cemetery
25 Minute walk/10 minute bike ride to Sunset Park

Commute time to Manhattan: 20 mins on the F train to reach LES

Commute to access Brooklyn: G train takes you to Prospect Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, Fort Greene, Bedstuy, Williamsburg and Astoria Queens.

Flatbush, Prospect Heights and Sunset Park are surrounding us. The G train connects you to all of Brooklyn and you are in Manhattan on the F train within 20 minutes.
