About This Lister
I’m a filmmaker and have called this beautiful apartment home for the past 10 years. As I’ll be traveling and spending some time away from the city, I’m looking for a subletter who will treat the space with care during my absence.

Rental requirements
I'll be traveling and looking to sublet my apartment for 2 weeks to a month between June 1 and July 1.
Rent: $950/week (includes utilities)
Deposit: Half the rent total, plus a $100 cleaning fee
The apartment may also be available for in July and August, so feel free to reach out if you're interested in those months as well!
