Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and Cafes are in walking distance. The apartment is in an traditional, old but fully renovated building on the 4th floor. No elevator. It's very quiet. The apartment interior is high quality and everything is newly renovated. This short term rental could potentially be extended too. Looking for someone that treats this place respectfully and with care. There are no parties, smoking or pets allowed. You will have plenty of space for your clothes and there is a work desk in the living room. Dishwasher and washing machine included. There is a area for bicycles in the basement. The place is extremely tidy and everything is treated with a lot of care. I expect the same from the subletting person. Please tell me a bit about yourself. Dates are flexible.
