Welcome to our beautiful brownstone on one of the best blocks in Bed-Stuy. Macdonough st., Between Stuyvesant and Lewis Ave. situated next door to the historic St. Phillips Episcopal church and the famous Akwaba mansion.

The house has three bedrooms (king, queen, and two twins), two full bathrooms (one with a clawfoot tub), a chef's kitchen, and a library/TV room with a projector for movie nights. Out back, there’s a leafy garden with space to eat, read, or just listen to the birds.

It’s well-equipped for daily living—central AC, laundry, wifi, and all the essentials. The A express train is close by (20 minutes to Manhattan), and we’re within walking distance to playgrounds, restaurants, and some great neighborhood spots.

We’re an artist couple with two young sons. This house has been a long-term restoration project for us—something we’ve shaped with a lot of care. We’re hoping to find a like-minded family who will treat it with the same thoughtfulness.
