About This Lister
I’m a filmmaker and have called this beautiful apartment home for the past 10 years. As I’ll be traveling and spending some time away from the city, I’m looking for a subletter who will treat my house with care during my absence.

Rental requirements
I'll be traveling and looking to sublet my apartment between these dates: June 9-16; August 4 - 25th. A 4-day minimum stay is required.
Rent:
$ 180 daily
$ 1000 weekly (includes utilities)
Deposit: Half the rent total, plus a $100 cleaning fee
