This is an incredibly spacious room with beautiful wood floors and a really comfy bed in a cat loving house, surrounded by trees with back porch access, bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, couches, wifi, close to a lovely grocery store, library, and many places to swim and hike. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Lots of natural light and windows.

I am seeking an exchange with a NYC apartment, I commute for work and my schedule is going to be very busy in June so it would be easiest for me to be based there during that period. Brooklyn in Ridgewood or any space that is peaceful and not too far from Bushwick would be ideal. My place in Woodstock would be a great spot for someone who works remotely or an artist looking for a place to focus and work on music.

There are truly blissful vibes at this spot! Rent is typically 1500/month, and could be available to sublease instead of swap.

I keep the space very clean, organized and functional. It is cozy and well taken care of, wherever I swap will receive that same level of respect. I often work on music and dance in my room, you'd be welcome to take advantage of the space and my studio monitors to do the same.

I am an artist and musician working with natural materials and synthesizer. My roommate you'd be living with is an excellent communicator in their 30s, queer, non-binary, works remotely, cat lover, also a musician. A good fit would be someone respectful, well-organized, and creative, ideally queer as well. Someone who might enjoy kitchen nightmares, cats, drum and bass and poker with a sense of humor is a bonus (but not required, except for the cat loving part!) The cats (2) are very affectionate and charming.

I can fit well in many living situations, I am a diligent dish-doer and keep my space neat and clean. I don't plan on entertaining guests for the duration of the swap. I perform shows often, and have a studio space in brooklyn as well. I enjoy cats. I work fairly late and mostly just need a clean place to rest my head at the end of the day. Looking for a cigarette smoke free environment!
