Hi — I’m looking for one roommate to fill a private room in my Bed-Stuy apartment. I've lived here for a couple years and have really enjoyed making it an intentional and peaceful home.
The bedroom fits a full-size bed and desk, with a large closet inside and another shared closet in the living room. The apartment has central A/C, a dishwasher, laundry in the basement and a private rooftop. It’s a short walk to the G and J/M lines and Herbert Von King Park.

The room is $1,610/month before utilities. One month security deposit will also be required. You will be added to the lease, so a good credit score will be necessary as well.
