Hello! I'm traveling for two weeks at the end of June and looking for someone to sublet my room from the 13th-27th :)

The apartment is on the ground floor near Gates and Tompkins, right in the heart of Bed-Stuy — close to all the great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. We're a 3-minute walk from Herbert Von King Park, 8-minute walk to the C train, 10 minutes to the G, 12 minutes to the A, and the B52 bus stops right outside the door.

It’s a 3 bed, 3 bath apartment — you’d have the upstairs full bath and a half bath to yourself, and you'd be sharing the space with my lovely roommate Jordan, who works from home and is super kind and easy to live with. Ideally, you’re down-to-earth, respectful, and looking to enjoy the neighborhood while in transition this summer. Someone who’s open to being friendly and conversational while also respecting shared space would be a great fit.

There’s an option to extend the stay through July 1 if needed. Feel free to reach out, we can set up a FaceTime or you’re welcome to come see the place in person!

My roommate and I are both from Colorado. Jordan is 23 (he's actually the brother of my closest friend), works from home, and is a creature of habit — quiet, friendly, and very clean. We’d love for you to also be tidy, making sure no dishes are left in the sink and that personal items aren’t left around the common areas. You're welcome to have a guest over, but ideally, this space is used to relax and recharge — not for hosting or partying during your stay.
