The apartment is the full 1st floor of a brownstone. There are two other units above us, and the landlord and her family occupy the garden level.

The room is roughly 15' x 10' with four large closets and two beautiful windows. It can accommodate lots of storage. In the common areas there’s a bay window offering lots of light that looks out to a beautiful and botanic residential street which was voted the “greenest block in Brooklyn” two years in a row. It’s very family friendly and quiet. The apartment has nice high ceilings and beautiful trim. There's lots of kitchen storage space including a new dishwasher and a microwave. There’s a spacious bathroom and the apartment is entirely hardwood. Around the corner is the laundromat. Lots of great Caribbean food nearby.

- You work in office (I work at home from the living room)
- 28 years and older
- female-identifying/ENBY/GNC
- while not a requirement, a more introverted/ambiverted individual would be a great fit
- cleanliness and tidiness should come naturally to you, extending to both your personal space and common areas. This should feel like a way of life, not a chore.

About This Lister

I’m a queer December Sagittarius in my early 30s (she/they). My Spotify wrapped once recognized me as a “hyper-pop girlie”. I work in the film industry as both a filmmaker and film producer for a nonfiction curation series on TV! I’d consider myself more introverted than extroverted, but love dancing, karaoke, and am always down for a good game night or movie marathon. You’ll also find lots of books and plants in the apartment!

I have a partner who is often over. We like to cook and hang out in the common space every now and then which we welcome my roommate to join if they like!
