THE SPACE: Located near the Bedford-Nostrand G and B43/52/38/44, our duplex apartment has tons of common space, including a living room on each floor, spacious kitchen, balcony, private roof, and closets for days. We also have in-unit laundry, great natural light, and a very sweet, sleepy cat.
THE ROOM: The available bedroom is on the lower of the two floors. It has a massive closet and faces the rear of the building, so is relatively quiet.
