Hello! I'm taking over the lease of a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Bed-Stuy (Putnam & Tompkins) and am looking for a roommate for August 1, 2025.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a 3-story brownstone, spacious living area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The larger bedroom has its own attached full bathroom with a shower, while the smaller bedroom utilizes the main hallway bathroom, which is a bit larger and includes a washer/dryer. Kitchen has a lot of storage and dishwasher. Most of the existing furniture will be removed when my current roommate moves out.

Several subway options nearby, you can walk to the Kingston–Throop C station, the Nostrand Avenue A/C station, or the Bedford–Nostrand G station, as well as citibikes on the block.

12 month lease starts on August 1, 2025. I already paid the full deposit so you'll only pay your portion back prior to moving in, price dependent on which bedroom you'd like to move into.
