-Unit is the entire second floor, no elevator
-$2450 + utilities
-1 year lease from July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026
-The room fits a queen bed with extra space, along with a massive closet and overhead storage
-The living space is furnished
-Laundry in the basement of the building
-Tons of storage in the apartment, along with a private storage unit in the basement of the building to keep extra furniture, boxes of clothes, etc if needed
-Full sized dishwasher
-No pets
-Female preferred, mid-late 20s
