Hello! I am looking for someone to share my lovely and bright 2bd/1ba apartment in Mar Vista! Tons of natural light, more than ample storage, and a gated grassy courtyard. Hardwood floors, beautiful crown molding, tons of natural light - in the living areas and bedrooms - my plants are all thriving :)

The space is furnished except for the bedroom, but I am flexible as far as any furniture you want to bring in! I’m not that attached to my couch, for example. **My current roommate may also be willing to leave some furniture behind, so if you are looking for a furnished room let me know!

Quiet, walkable residential neighborhood. Half mile from the 405 and 10 freeways and only three miles to the beach!

Roomie is moving out to live with her partner. I have lived in the unit for 4+ years, and there’s a reason I have stayed! Hoping to find someone who’s friendly, communicative, and is down for an occasional dinner / movie night.
