I'm subleasing one bedroom in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Williamsburg, 5 minutes from Metropolitan/Lorimer stop on the L/G train.

The apartment is very cozy, beautifully decorated, has two floors, a large living room (with projector), kitchen and a small "art space" with a piano on the first floor; two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. There is also a nice small porch behind the kitchen.

The bedroom is fully furnished and decorated and has air conditioning. Nice light, particularly in the afternoon.

You will share the apartment with my roommate Ren.

You will live above a 83-year-old couple so it is advised to be respectful and quiet.

The neighborhood is quiet for Williamsburg and yet very vibrant at the same time. You have several grocery stores nearby, a lot of nice cafes, and very close by the best bakery you can find in New York :-)

Price: $1600 a month.
