One Bedroom/One Bathroom

The apartment is not huge, but ample and very comfortable.

There is a good sized living room/dining area, discrete kitchen with room for a small table or additional prep counter.
There is no Dishwasher.

The bedroom is snug, it fits only a queen bed and a small dresser. It has exposed brick on one wall and a large window. There is a large built-in closet in the living room with enough room to accomodate large wardrobe and lots of possessions.
There is another large closet/pantry off the kitchen which is great for cleaning equipment, additional supplies.
Bathrooom has shower only. No tub.

The apartment faces the street and get plenty of Light. On the second floor, there is daytime noise from traffic and trucks.

The apartment is currently unfurnished. It can be provided furnished upon request. (You will not have to deal with tenant's personal possessions.)

The neighborhood is ideal. Very close to Grand Army Plaza and all it has to offer; Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, & Central Library. Its a great area for walking. There are beautiful brownstones and lots of greenery.
Convenience and access are fantastic. You are across the street from a supermarket and a laundromat. There are several cafes, restaurants and bars also within a few blocks. The 1,2,3 trains are two blocks away, the B&Q only one block away. The C train is a 10 minute walk.

Tenant is out of town on a fellowship at present and subletting for the rest of this year. They will be flexible in terms of time and may be willing to agree to a shorter or longer period.
