Short term sublet in beautiful brownstone July 6th-August 2nd.
Your room:
-Very large bedroom with full bed, two big windows, closet, desk and dresser with plenty of space to spare.
-Shares the floor with the living room/dining room/kitchen. The other bedrooms are upstairs.
-Minisplit AC. Keeps the space really cool.
Apartment:
-5 bedrooms total in a 2 floor brownstone; for most of the sublet you'd be sharing the apartment with 3 respectful, kind, artistic roommates. (Our fourth roommate will be traveling and their room will be empty!)
-Separate kitchen, dining room and living room areas.
-2 bathrooms; you'd be sharing the downstairs bathroom with one roommate.
-Minisplit AC in living room/dining room/kitchen area.
Cleaning:
-We like to keep the space clean and organized! (Washing dishes after you're finished with them, wiping down counters, cleaning up crumbs, emptying sink traps, etc.)
You:
-Respectful, kind, communicative and needing a beautiful, peaceful spot in Brooklyn for July!

-$550 security deposit to hold the room, remaining $550 due before move-in. $1100 total includes utilities.
