The Space
The apartment is a one bedroom with a kitchen open to the living room. Perfect for a single person or a couple.
The kitchen is perfect for cooking everything from breakfast to dinner. (but note we don't own a microwave!) the coffee set up on hand will be a kettle and pour over. The living room is full of books, couches and plants. Cozy up by the window and read, or write at the vintage wooden table.
Beyond the queen-sized bed, the bedroom functions as an additional creative space. With 2 large tables/desks. An additional desk set up will be in the corner of the living room.
The hallway to the bedroom by the bathroom will have a clothing rack with hangers for you to use as a closet.
Also note the space and building is strictly NON-smoking.
Apartment is on the second floor, accessible by 2 flights of stairs. No elevator.
Sublet agreement will require vacuuming and laundry upon exit or a predetermined cleaning fee. As this is not an airbnb, you will be responsible for your toiletries and kitchen needs.

The apartment is on a quiet residential block. A one way street boasts less traffic noise but with easy access to a Citi bike dock on the corner as well as a bus line that runs north at the next intersection.
You'll be 2 blocks away from green space at Herbert Von King Park, a grocery store, 3 coffee spots, 2 laundry mats, 3 bodegas, a bar with food truck and a wine shop. 3 blocks gets you to 2 more grocery store options!
Venture just a little bit further to find everything else you might need along Tompkins Avenue and Bedford Avenue's business strips with more shops, restaurants and cafes.
The apartment is centrally located to multiple train lines within a 15 min walk you can access to the A, C trains, the G train, and the J,M,Z. Additionally the B43 and B38 Bus lines are within 5 -7 minute walks.

On Greene Ave between Throop and Marcus Garvey in Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn.
