Looking to sublet my light-filled apartment for at least two months. Available August 1 to November 15. Flexible on start and end dates.

Located in Silverlake -- one of LA's most desirable neighborhoods, bordering the equally trendy Echo Park neighborhood. Lots of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, farmers markets, and grocery stores within walking distance including Echo Park Lake and the Silverlake reservoir. If you like hiking, Griffith Park (i.e, home to the Observatory as seen in La La Land and the Hollywood Sign) is only a 10 minute drive away! Griffith Park also features the Greek Theatre for great outdoor concerts! Two miles from Downtown LA and 1.5 to 2 miles from the nearest metro stations. Multiple bus lines one block away. Other cool nearby neighborhoods include Los Feliz, Highland Park, and Glassell Park.

This is a second story apartment in a two-story 12-unit building with huge night blooming cactuses. Neighbors are friendly and we even have happy hours every now and again on the front patio.

Bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of closet space and dresser drawers. AC in bedroom as well as a Dyson air purifier + fan. Iconic LA view with palm trees.

Bathroom with rainfall shower head and hand-held shower head, includes a filter for softer-feeling showers. :)

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster oven, and microwave, with plenty of counter space. I tend to station up at either the kitchen counter or at the c-table at the couch when working from home.

Living room is bright and airy with an AC unit and tower fan. Roku TV.

Shared laundry in the building.

I have lots of plants but I will be removing most if not all depending on your green thumb ;) and how long you stay (they will need to be watered the whole time I’m away).

All utilities included (i.e., air conditioning, wifi, etc.). Comes with a designated parking space with the option to plug in your car if you have an electric vehicle.
