The subway Daumesnil is just down of my building . The place is very bright clean and quiet. Very near by the bois de Vincennes and Bastille.
Dates :
June 2nd until July 30th
850€ per weeks plus cleaning fees 55 €
2000 € per months
Cleaning fees are 45€ for 3 hours per weeks (if you are subletting monthly)
Electricity, insurance, and wifi are included in the rent,
No pets allowed
No smoking
