Come stay in my beautiful Prospect Heights 2 bedroom apartment! Located off the happening Franklin Avenue, in a walkable neighborhood with convenient access to the 2/3/4/5 and the A/C.

The apartment is set up with a bedroom and an office, and the office has a pull-out couch. Each room has a huge closet, and there's another big closet for your use in the hallway.

A twenty minute walk to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, with a ton of cute restaurants and cafes nearby (Chavelas! Lincoln Station! Agi's Counter! wait so many more) and 30 minutes into lower Manhattan.

The apartment is in a big elevator building. Beautiful hardwood floors, lots of light; no dishwasher or washer/dryer, unfortunately, but there's a laundromat on the block. The apartment also overlooks the above-ground shuttle, which you can hear.
