The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and is one block away from a laundromat. Other roommates are: twenty-something woman who works in film and art; twenty-something man who works in theater. It is a tidy and low maintenance apartment perfect for a young professional who wants to be in a great neighborhood (Lucali's is a few blocks away!).
Room has fire escape and roof access. TWO (!!) closets. Floor to (almost) ceiling double mirror. Can come furnished or unfurnished depending on needs.
