PLEASE NOTE: Pet Care Is Required For This Sublet

Hi,
I'm looking for a short-term subletter in an ideally-located, fun neighborhood who is also happy to care for and share the space with my two cats. I can do $750/ week or $2350/ month for flexible dates between July 6 and September 6. My third-floor walk-up, one-bedroom apartment is located steps from the 2/3/4/5 trains with easy access to Manhattan in a well-kept building. Features include full size bed, huge east facing windows, high ceilings with ceiling fans, hardwood floors, one A/C window unit, coffee maker, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and full size bath plus a PC external monitor for use if you happen to be working. Utilities and WiFi are included. Please note: there is no dishwasher, so you must be comfortable washing dishes by hand in a well-stocked kitchen. A laundromat is across the street as needed.

Cat care will involve feeding two human-adoring, middle-aged felines Niles and Sebastian each day plus making sure their litter box is clean and they have fresh water. Both are well behaved and will curl up next to you after a brief introductory period.
