Studio on the 3rd floor of commercial building, five windows (southern exposure equipped with blinds to neutralize the light), a sink, an electric blower for heat, and plenty of wall space.

It’s a quiet and semi-private setup with another artist: two separate rooms, but you have to pass through each other's space for restroom / sink access.

The building is accessible and well-maintained and has a good size elevator (not quite a freight elevator but relatively large for a passenger elevator). It's located in East Williamsburg, in easy walking distance from the L, G, and JM trains.

I'm in the process of moving out, all the stuff in the photographs will be gone.
