Our bright, clean, recently renovated home is spacious and full of gorgeous sunlight. The first floor of the house has a living room, dining room with a large farm table, full kitchen, and powder room. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms (one king, one queen, and two single beds) and a full bathroom with a tub. Each bedroom has its own closet and space for your belongings.

There is ample outdoor space in front and back of the house. Our property has a private driveway, and there is street parking available on the block. The fenced backyard is artfully landscaped, and is equipped with a gas grill and picnic table.

This house is located on a quiet, residential block in the neighborhood of Arverne. We are a 10-15 min walk or a 5-min bike ride to the 69th street surf beach.

We are located a 10-minute walk from the 67th Street subway station and MTA bus service. The ferry from Manhattan stops at 108th street.

In addition to the beach and boardwalk, we are close (walking distance) to good coffee and restaurants, a huge supermarket, shops, and the Rockaway YMCA.

Rent is $3,600/month during off-peak months Sept-May. (August rates are $1,000/week, with availability starting August 20).
