13 mins from the beach, West Hollywood, Downtown and Hollywood. 5 mins to Beverly Hills. Super accessible and the neighborhood has a lot of families. Overall quiet, but if you are very sensitive to sound I would look elsewhere.

I have neighbors below my unit that I speak to often. They are a young couple. They are great and easy going- when they are home sometimes you can hear their music/tv.
