Looking for a sublet for my stunning apartment June 13-July 14 (end date flexible). Everything from the light, to the beautiful rooftop, to the private balcony (not facing the street very quiet) is completely lovely. Dog friendly but happy to remove dog furniture etc. Furnished and equipped with everything you’d ever need! Apartment has in unit laundry, dishwasher, central heating and cooling, and plenty of closet space.

The location is incredible. Just a 5 minute walk to the waterfront and surrounded by adorable restaurants and boutiques. The couch pulls out into a queen bed and has a brand new mattress on it that has only been used once. The door is keyless entry and the building has lovely doormen.

I am heartbroken to miss summer in Greenpoint but have multiple weddings on the West Coast. My best friend lives in the building across the street and will be available for any in person issues (though I’ve never had any here!) I am always available virtually.
