my place has lots of light with big windows overlooking the trees, great views that offer privacy, private backyard, laundry, central AC/heat, plenty of parking in the quaint and lovely neighborhood known for its houses on the hills, Mt. Washington.

The neighborhood is quiet, private, and close to Moon Canyon Park, Bub's & Grandmas, Dunsmoor etc.
